Event Recap: Quantifying Risk in Technology Development

CRIN hosted an interactive, hands-on workshop on September 17 at the Energy Transition Centre in Calgary and on Zoom about quantifying risk.

Jim Gouveia, a respected authority in risk and uncertainty analysis from Rose & Associates, whose expertise has guided upstream innovation strategies across North America and globally, hosted the four-hour workshop, which was proudly sponsored by both CRIN and Alberta Innovates.

The workshop was designed to equip technology developers, operators, and decision-makers with a practical framework for understanding and quantifying risk as it relates to advancing technologies.
